1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Greenbird Wallet platform, app, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the service.
2. Non-Custodial Nature
Greenbird Wallet is non-custodial software. You have full control over your cryptographic private keys and seed phrases. We never store, copy, or transmit your private keys. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and backing up your recovery phrase.
Warning: If you lose your recovery phrase, your funds will be permanently lost. We cannot recover them for you.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our services to:
- Engage in illegal transactions or money laundering.
- Distribute viruses, malware, or malicious code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the application.
- Exploit the services to commit fraud.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenbird Wallet and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, including loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the application.
